Working days and hours are each person's own, read on their own clock. Everyone starts at 8:00 to 18:00 — the hours a distributed team is usually reachable, not a contract; narrow each one to what that person actually keeps. An address is optional, stays on this device (and on your account if you keep the team), and never enters a link, a proposal or a calendar file.

How it knows
A time zone is a rule about the sun, so the only honest way to compare two working days is to carry one instant onto every person's own clock. Sol walks the next fourteen days in half-hour steps, converts each candidate into each member's local weekday and local minute, and keeps the ones that fall inside every member's working window — soonest first, and spread apart so the options are genuinely different rather than the same hour three times. When no such time exists it says so rather than pretending: the options then shown are the ones that ask the least of anyone, and each one names who is asked and by how much. Behind every person's row is that person's real sky at that hour, computed from their latitude and longitude, so an early call reads as the dark it is.
Answers stay in the browser that made them; there is no server here to collect them. A recipient sends their answer back as a short link, and opening that link is what brings it to the organiser's page. Working hours and addresses never travel in a proposal — only the exact instants, each person's name and their zone.
